Code of Conduct
Last updated: February 18, 2026
Chadashiel Education is a learning community. This Code of Conduct sets the rules for how we treat each other across the platform — including tutoring sessions, study groups, messages, profiles, and assignment activity.
Purpose
Our goal is simple: make Chadashiel Education a place where students can learn, ask questions, get support, and grow — without fear of harassment, embarrassment, or exploitation.
By using the platform, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct and our Terms of Service.
Core standards
- Be respectful. Talk to people like you’re in the same room.
- Be constructive. Critique ideas, not people.
- Be honest. Don’t impersonate others or mislead users.
- Be inclusive. No discrimination or hate based on identity or background.
- Protect the learning environment. Don’t disrupt tutoring, spam chats, or derail groups.
What’s not allowed
The following behavior is not allowed anywhere on the platform:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, or targeted abuse
- Hate speech or discriminatory language
- Sexual content involving minors, grooming, or any inappropriate conduct with minors (zero tolerance)
- Sharing or requesting personal information (addresses, passwords, private photos, etc.) or doxxing
- Spam, scams, phishing, or misleading links
- Cheating services, selling answers, or encouraging academic dishonesty
- Hacking, scraping, bypassing security, or attempting unauthorized access
- Posting illegal content or promoting illegal activity
Tutoring & study groups
Tutoring sessions and study groups are meant to be safe learning spaces. That means:
- Be on time and prepared (or message if you can’t make it).
- Don’t talk over others, insult people, or make the space hostile.
- Don’t pressure anyone to share personal contact info.
- Keep sessions focused on learning, not personal conflict.
- Tutors must be patient, respectful, and professional.
If a session becomes unsafe or inappropriate, leave the session and report it.
Academic integrity
This platform exists to help you learn — not to help you cheat.
- Don’t use tutoring or study groups to get someone to take a test for you or complete your work dishonestly.
- Don’t share answer keys, paid materials, or exam content you’re not allowed to share.
- Don’t claim credentials or “certifications” you didn’t earn.
We may restrict features or accounts that misuse the platform for dishonest academic activity.
Privacy & safety
- Don’t share passwords or access tokens — even with friends.
- Don’t post private information about yourself or anyone else.
- Don’t upload content that includes minors’ personal details.
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Enforcement
We may take action when this Code is violated, including:
- Content removal
- Warnings
- Temporary chat or feature restrictions
- Suspension or permanent account termination
We may act immediately for serious issues, especially safety-related behavior, harassment, exploitation, or illegal activity.
Reporting & support
If you see something that violates this Code of Conduct, report it. The fastest way is to email us with details.
- Email: support@chadashiel.org
- Include: username(s), what happened, where it happened (study group, tutoring session, message), and screenshots if you have them.
We take reports seriously and will handle them as confidentially as we reasonably can.
